Returns

Due to the delicate nature of silk, you should carefully examine this product before using it, and take proper care in opening the packaging, to ensure that there are no flaws or tears in it. You must immediately notify us of any flaws or tears that occur in the product shipped to you, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Any ‘splotches’ or similar effects on the image printed onto the silk are part of the original ink on rice paper artist’s design from which the image on the scarf is derived and printed, and are not a flaw or defect in the product.

In caring for this delicate product you should follow exactly the Care Instructions provided with the product and on our website.

You otherwise use this product at your own risk and Wild Silk makes no warranties and assumes no liability for loss or damage except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
